The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome surprise. The little kids made good use of them on a snowy January evening. Sheetz, Taco Bell, and Hoss's are just around the corner too. Our shower drain was a bit slow and some outlets were loose, but I still got a great night's sleep.

After a long drive, the Hampton Inn in Bedford, PA was just what we needed. It’s right by I-76, with easy access on and off, and the room was quiet and clean. I was glad to find herbal tea waiting in the lobby when we arrived. The pool and hot tub looked nice as well, though I forgot my bathing suit. It’s a little pricey, but I slept well.

Breakfast was nice, though guests had to wait their turn for the one waffle maker. The woman at the desk was very nice when I checked in. She greeted me, checked that the paperwork was in order, and gave me complimentary water. All in all, a nice stay.

What made my leisure trip memorable was how warmly and courteously the staff treated me at every turn. Their customer service made me feel valued and cared for throughout the visit. The room was immaculate, with every detail looked after. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I left wanting to come back.

I spent a couple of nights here two weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The place felt comfortable, the staff were friendly, and I liked the clean, relaxing pool. Breakfast had plenty of choices too. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Bedford.
