La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Dfw Airport West - Bedford

Gabby, the woman preparing breakfast, was incredibly kind. She always asked how my day was going and wished me well. The breakfast was the usual free hotel spread of eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, and coffee. The hotel looks a bit older, but it has had a recent refresh and is still really nice. Great place to stay!

We had a good four-night, five-day stay during Veterans Day week, and we'll definitely come back. The main issue was the TV remote. When I asked the front desk, an employee said none of their remotes were working. We were out visiting family a lot, but with two young kids, we'd have liked to watch TV during our downtime. The tub was a little rusty too. Still, it was a good stay. I hope the remote system is fixed next time. I've been a Wyndham Gold/Platinum Member and haven't had many negative reviews of the properties I've chosen.

We came with a large group for the weekend, and the Hotel staff went above and beyond to look after us. April was so easy to work with and made our stay great, even though I'm sure we drove her crazy. Jasmine was lovely at check-in and stayed kind, funny, and professional every time I interacted with her. She clearly cared about her work and helping people. She's a true customer service professional. Thanks to the La Quinta West staff for a great weekend.

The Grand Suite felt like a deal at the cheaper price, but it wasn't much better than the regular room. It was an old room that needs updates. The AC units were difficult to switch on and off, the doors were incredibly loud and squeaky, and there was no ventilation at all. There are two bathroom doors, but we could only use one because my daughter was sleeping on the pullout bed. They gave us just two towels at the start, though there were four of us. This is the first time I've been disappointed by a La Quinta.
