There are great people running this hotel, and it feels like someone really cares about the place. The rooms are clean, and I felt comfortable and safe. Great room and price all around. Thanks, please keep doing what you're doing. If I'm back in the Dallas area, I'll stay here in Bedford again.

My American Airlines flight was delayed and I got a hotel voucher. The drive from the airport is about 9 minutes. This place is busy since it's one of the few hotels that accepts AA vouchers, but the room was clean and had what I needed, including a TV and microwave. For one night, a warm bed and bathroom were enough. The employees were really nice and the service was great. Call as soon as you get your hotel and meal vouchers to schedule the shuttle. It doesn't run 24/7, so arranging it early can save you from needing Uber or Lyft. I'd keep the meal voucher for the airport. At check-in they ask if you want breakfast, but it isn't free. They'll scan your voucher code, which for me was worth about $12. I felt silly for using it because breakfast was basically a free-for-all, with nobody checking who had opted in. The choices were coffee, juice, fruit, frozen breakfast sandwiches, bread or bagels with butter, and frozen waffles. That wasn't worth spending the voucher.

The room was clean and decent, but the shuttle situation was awful. I booked this place during an overnight flight delay specifically because shuttle service was advertised. When I asked, they said it had stopped for the night, even though the website listed different hours, and told me to ask the airline to reimburse my commuting costs. The next day was much the same. They asked about my flight time and said the shuttle wouldn't run until later, again contrary to the posted hours. Yet when I left, there were two shuttles parked in the lot. Telling guests to get the airline that brought them here to cover a cost advertised as complimentary is a terrible way to treat customers.

I used an American Airlines voucher here on 01/27/2026. They wanted the $12 meal credit for breakfast in the lobby, so we kept our voucher and had a proper breakfast at the airport instead. Several of us tried calling for the shuttle, but no one answered. We later learned it wasn't running and there was only one return trip time to the airport. They blamed the weather, although the roads were bare and dry. The room was clean and nice, but there wasn't a coffee pot in it.
