The front desk was excellent, and the room was very clean. It did feel dated, though, and that shag carpet was something else. The air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room during my recent stay.

The mountain view and location were nice, but I wouldn’t book this balcony room again. At $300 a night, it wasn’t worth it. The room looked old and cheap, had a strange smell, and the heater didn’t work. The carpet had plenty of stains and dirt, and the couch was really old and dirty. To top it off, the front desk gave me the wrong key. I tried it a couple of times before going back to ask for another one.
I came home with a bunch of bites on my stomach, which were later confirmed to be from BED BUGS. The rooms were also very warm on the second floor, and the hotel itself clearly needs updating. The location and staff were nice despite all that, but this place needs a major overhaul before I’d stay here again.
It was quiet, and the beds were decently comfortable, but we wouldn’t return. The room was dated, one of the two TVs was broken, and the microwave didn’t work. The wall AC units didn’t cool the rooms enough. There were no deadbolts, and using the TV that did work took two remotes.
Dale, the General Manager, made our whole Christmas stay feel special. He was incredibly knowledgeable and truly caring. The rooms could use some improvement, but the staff are what make the experience, and Dale covered it all. Thank you!
