The location is excellent, right by the I-95 entrance, and the price is reasonable. Still, our two weeks here were frustrating. We weren’t told ahead of time that renovations were underway, and the lobby was chaotic for several days. I’d reserved a king room but got two queens instead. For a while the front entrance couldn’t be used, and the back and side doors we were directed to were locked. It took several days and repeated requests to get cookware. One supposedly clean towel had dark shoe prints when unfolded, and we had to bring dirty towels to the front desk for exchanges if anyone was there. Two weeks without maid service is too long, especially since we change our sheets weekly at home. We also found a bug in the bed. One evening, several police vehicles were outside when we returned. The desk was usually unattended, though the employees were helpful when someone was there.

The facility was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. Service was also attentive whenever I had a concern. Asma, the owner, is amazing, polite, and respectful. I’d recommend staying here if you need a place to stay.

It was my first time here, and I’d stay again. The rooms were reasonably priced, and the place was nice and quiet. The young man at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to. The residents could do a better job using the trash cans!

During a rough stretch in my life, choosing this place for my suite turned out to be a good decision. It was clean and had the basic things I needed, and the location felt quiet and safe. Allen, Alayia, Sabrina, Asmaa, and Zac were all friendly, professional, and accommodating, and really helped me settle in. I’d write reviews for each of them, but this thing won’t let me, or I don’t know how, lol.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. I was there for seven weeks with work, and I can count on my hands how many times they cleaned my room. Then they charged $10 to clean it. They leave you unattended after 9, which felt very dangerous, and replacing a lost room key costs $5. A woman would unexpectedly come through the room, and they charged a $260 smoking fee even though I hadn’t smoked, just because I had cigar papers. They act like they’re a HILTON. I’ll never stay there again.
