The trails nearby made it easy to take our dog out, and the $50 pet fee covered the whole stay. We also really valued how housekeeping honored the Do Not Disturb sign and only came in for cleaning or fresh towels when we asked. Our room was clean and recently renovated, with a quiet AC and the basics we needed: a microwave, iron, coffee maker, fridge, and safe. One night, a large group next door started a loud birthday party at midnight. We called the front desk, and they dealt with it right away. We had a wonderful stay.

Rixa and Mounir were so efficient and helpful. They answered every question, followed up, and even sent pictures to check that the Meeting room setup looked right. That took a huge load off me, and as a Performance Quality Coach, customer service like that is exactly what I teach. We rented the Meeting room within a day for a small celebration, and the managers made sure we had what we needed. The hotel was very clean and smelled so good. Our guest was really happy with the celebration too. AWESOME service, 10/10. We can't wait to come back!

Rexa made the stay especially good. She was friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond for guests. Easily the best hotel in the area, and I'll definitely be back. The Holiday Inn was clean and well maintained, and the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, too.

The new team and staff are wonderful, and the manager goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome, whatever their walk of life. I don't hand out five stars loosely, but this place deserves them. They're revamping the kitchen staffing, so give them grace. The new manager is cleaning up the mess left by the old manager.

Wafaa did a great job accommodating our group of 60. Even though we arrived late, she made sure everything was prepared and organized. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. It was also convenient to have multiple food options beside the hotel. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend it for the service and location.
