The breakfast room was roomy and felt a step above the usual hotel setup, and the place was clean and quiet. We found it by chance and were glad it was right off the interstate after a long day on the road. The front desk teens seemed more focused on hanging out than checking us in, though. They could use some customer service training.

The cleaning crew was professional and polite, and the woman at the morning desk was patient and helpful when I had trouble printing paperwork. The hotel was very clean, with big TVs and coffee available around the clock, and I’d happily stay again. My one complaint was an evening worker who joked, “he’s the guy no one wants to deal with.”

A male cleaner barged in after we’d told him not to come in, then started eyeing my partner. It felt intentional and creepy, especially since he hesitated to leave and showed no remorse. I should’ve gotten his name and sued.

We’ve stayed here for several years, around 4-6 times a year, and have always been happy with the rooms and the employees we’ve dealt with. The entrance and breakfast area are consistently clean too. Really, the whole hotel is always clean.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the price was among the more affordable ones we’ve found. It was also pet-free, which made the place feel especially clean, and we got a warm welcome. The floors and furniture were pretty worn, but I didn’t mind as long as everything was clean. The location just off I-25 was convenient.
