The rainy evening ended up being a highlight. We sat out on the lovely porch with a late drink and listened to the rain on the metal roof. We came to Walker Bed and Breakfast hoping for a quiet weekend away, and it was exactly that. The house has lots of character, and our bedroom and the shared spaces were all very clean. The dark curtains were great for an afternoon nap, too. Michael and Cody were kind, helpful hosts when we asked about town and the surrounding area. Having tea and coffee available around the clock was especially nice during allergy season. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we felt comfortable the whole time. It was our first B&B stay, and we’d happily come back soon.

Caleb and his lovely dog companion Repro were friendly and capable, making sure we had what we needed. We got to look around all the rooms available to rent, and each one seemed comfortable and beautiful. The house is full of antiques and lovely lighting, and it’s a comfortable place to lounge, read, or just rest. The B&B sits on a beautiful street in a picturesque little town. A complete escape, and we’d definitely recommend it.

We were a little nervous since Valentine’s Day weekend was our first time at a bed and breakfast, but we had such a good stay. Sydney, the inn keeper, welcomed us with chocolate strawberries and cooked an amazing breakfast. It was a really cool experience for my husband and me, and we’ll be back.

The Elizabeth room was casual, quiet, and comfortable, and Kaleb and his crew were so welcoming, including the friendly animals. Kaleb was easy to talk to and very accommodating. We enjoyed some great meals at the cafe in town, and had a fabulous afternoon tea at Southern Charm. The small town itself is wonderful and friendly. Thanks for the loaves of bread. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone!

I spent a good hour relaxing and reading in the library with my wife. It’s a big room, and the house also has a nice TV room. The old home is beautiful. The inn keeper gave us several breakfast choices and made a good breakfast at the time we requested. Great stay, and we’ll return when we’re passing through the area again.
