The beds were comfortable and seemed new, the hot water was good, there were good TV channels, and I didn’t see any bugs. The price was affordable, but after four nights in a two-queen room, I wouldn’t come back. The sheets were stained, as was one towel, and the floor was dirty enough to turn my bare feet black. The beds weren’t made properly and one was missing a sheet. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no table lamp by the bed, and no coffee maker or kettle. The air conditioning smelled bad, and the tap handle and toilet seat were both loose. A cleaner also walked into the room once without knocking.

The lady in charge helped me out several times during the nearly month-long stay my family and I booked in a king suite, paying by the day and week. When I was short on the full amount, she worked with me and even let us stay one night on an open ticket. I paid the balance the next day after I got paid. She also let me pay by 1 when I didn’t have the money ready by the 11:00 checkout. Thank you so much 🫶🏽 It’s in a good location, with food and convenience stores nearby on foot, and it felt safe. Parking is right at your door. I’ll definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

I had booked three nights, Wednesday (4/29) through Saturday (5/2), and was staying alone. Around 11:30 Thursday morning, someone banged on my door. Before I could get up, a male employee, not one of the women housekeepers, opened the door to my room. He said the room had to be cleaned at least every two days, even though it was only my first morning there. I kept the door locked and had my suitcase in front of it because there was no swing lock. It seemed he had a master key, and without my bag he could have opened the door all the way. No one mentioned the housekeeping rule at check-in, and I received no call or notice before he came in. I barely slept the next two nights and never felt fully safe after that. The smoke detector was also missing from my room.

Clean, quiet rooms and good stores nearby. The front desk was great, too. They can be flexible with timing when needed, depending on the situation, and were very understanding with me. I’d love to stay longer and will definitely come back.
