Belleview Inn

The Sand Pearl is a nice beach resort, and staying there is an option through access to the sister property. But the Belleview is quieter and has more charm, so we’d choose this setup again. You also get free valet parking there, bottled water, and beach towels. The Belleview itself is a gorgeous old building, though condos surround it and there aren’t views. The rooms are charming, with hardwood floors and good beds. The pool and hot tub are great, the staff are very friendly, and the croissants left at your door in the morning are surprisingly good.

The breakfast basket waiting each morning was just perfect, and being able to use the Sand Pearl, the sister property, for the beach was outstanding. The facilities are beautiful, and the whole stay felt relaxing and wonderful. Every moment was magical. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend the Belleview Inn. We’ll return.

We took advantage of the sister property’s semi-private beach, and it was fantastic. Complimentary valet made it worthwhile, instead of paying $40+ just to park for a beach visit. Beach chairs were complimentary too, and we reserved sun umbrellas for $30. The beach was clean, calm, and inviting, and so was the hotel. The Inn and its staff made for an amazing stay, and the whole property was pristine. We brought our children, ages 9, 3, and 1. It isn’t geared toward kids, but we never felt out of place or unwelcome. They had fun running around outside, swimming, and playing bags and bocce ball. Croissants, orange juice, and fruit were a lovely touch. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. I can’t believe it was listed online as only 3.5 stars. It felt more luxurious than 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at on clear water beach.

The clients were delightful, and they graciously thanked me for coming to celebrate the wife’s birthday with them. We even shared a glass of red wine. They were visiting from Canada, and her husband had booked a 90 minute back scrub and massage for her in their room on her 65th birthday. I told him I’d have to charge double my standard rate plus $40 for the Uber fee, and he agreed without hesitation. I packed my massage oils and scrub cream. When I walked in, I was absolutely stunned by the incredibly luxurious lobby and the exquisite atmosphere in their room.
