Super 8 by Wyndham Richlands/Claypool Hill Area

We keep coming back for the reasonable rates, friendly service, and clean, comfortable rooms. The view is amazing, too. There are restaurants and stores, including Walmart, just a few minutes away by car, or within walking distance if you're feeling adventurous. A gas station with a McDonald's is right next door. Breakfast has a decent range of options, and I especially like being able to get fresh coffee around the clock. This is my go-to for an overnight stay.

We've stayed here several times and it's been great every time. The place is clean, the price is affordable, and the staff are always nice. I sleep really well in the super-comfy bed, and the hot water and pressure are awesome. Plus, great coffee! We'll keep choosing this place whenever we're in the area, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for those things. Thanks again for a good night's sleep.

It's an older motel, but very clean, and the staff were great. They explained professionally when I called that they hold $60 on your card until the room is checked for smoking or damage. I hadn't known about that at first, so it was a bit of a shock. As long as I get the money back, that's fine. It was just different from what I expected.

We needed clean, dry towels, but the front desk employee said in a rude tone that it was too late and we should have thought of it sooner. Housekeeping had made the bed and left clean towels, but we'd arrived late at night and slept in on our first day off in over a week, which happened to be a Saturday. The day and mid-shift desk staff came across as snobbish and rude whenever guests asked for anything. I don't want to stay there again if I can avoid it. Paying customers shouldn't have to worry about being treated like a bother for asking for towels before noon.
