This was our third overnight stay, and the easy check-in and checkout are hard to beat. The place is absolutely worth it. We hope to come back when it’s not below zero. We originally chose this B&B because Nancy is so welcoming to dogs. Our dog now seems right at home and sleeps like a baby. I think he considers her a second Nana. It also matters a lot to us that the inn is LGBTQ+ friendly in central PA, since we haven’t always had good experiences in that part of the state. Nancy’s warm, kind, charming personality is just what we need after hours on the road. My partner and I use the inn to break up the drive from NYC to Ohio. I’m keeping our lucky room to myself so you won’t book it. 😂 Breakfast is always amazing, and there’s more than I can finish. If Nancy offers a choice, get the waffles! She also gives great local dinner recommendations. The other people working with her are wonderful too. Asia, I know I probably spelled that wrong, is awesome.

Nancy was full of stories and knowledge about the town and the bed-and-breakfast, and even booked us a table at one of her favorite places. The Queen felt warm and comfortable, like being at home. Every room has its own character, with decor that feels just right. We can’t say enough about our memorable stay with Nancy and the gang, and we’ll definitely return. Beth & Dennis

The Governors Suite was quiet and had lovely decor, with all the comforts of home. Our girls’ trip at The Queen was truly memorable, thanks to the hosts and a delicious breakfast and Christmas tea. Nancy and Curtis greeted us warmly and helped carry our luggage up to the third floor. From the inn, we could walk to local shops and restaurants, or take a short drive to events.

We loved the snug, warm atmosphere inside and how close The Queen was to the Christmas events. Our beautiful room even had a small sitting area with a fireplace and candles in the windows. Nancy was gracious, the breakfasts were phenomenal, and the conversations with our host and fellow travelers were fantastic. A perfect Victorian B & B.

The historic buildings around town are lovely, and there’s plenty to see. At The Queen, we had a gorgeous, clean room with beautiful decor and a phenomenal breakfast. Nancy and her husband were so helpful, welcoming, and kind. We hope to come visit again. Thanks for everything!
