Bellevue Club Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate and in a great spot for my work trip. I ordered room service one night after traveling all day, and it arrived quickly, which was such a relief. I also had breakfast sent to my room another morning, and the yogurt portion was huge. There’s a hydration station on every floor, handy when heading to the gym. The complimentary breakfast was simple, with a small selection of baked goods, fruit, and yogurt.

The rooms were spacious and really clean. We stayed in one of the dog-friendly courtyard rooms, and you’d never know pets had been there. Breakfast room service was delicious, too. We were there for a short weekend, and the location worked well, about 15 minutes over the bridge to Seattle and under 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue. The staff were kind and helpful. One of our two rooms wasn’t ready when we checked in. They said a large group had left late, and with a smaller hotel and staff, it may just have been unfortunate timing. It worked out fine for us. We didn’t have time to use the club, but hope to next visit. We had a wonderful stay and will come back when we’re in Bellevue.

The staff made me feel welcome and paid attention to what I needed throughout my stay. My room was elegant, comfortable, spotless, and clearly well cared for. The hotel has a calm, relaxing feel, and the amenities are excellent. Its convenient location made getting around the area easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit to the Bellevue Club Hotel, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, high-quality stay.

We’re staying here for two weeks and have been happy with the facilities, service, and experience. Everyone at the hotel has been kind and helpful. Still, I wish the long-stay conversation had gone differently, because we originally planned to stay for two months. Before booking, I called about long-term offers and asked specifically about waiving the daily parking fee and getting restaurant credits. The person I spoke with, the “long term stay manager (?)”, was unwelcoming and said there was nothing available. I mentioned we were coming from Canada, but wasn’t told about any Canadian offer. I left the call uneasy and cut our planned stay to two weeks, though the positive reviews and athletics facilities convinced me to book. At check-in, we learned the hotel gives restaurant credits on weekends. Later, I saw on the website that Canadians get complimentary parking and an extra 15% discount. That’s everything I’d asked about, plus a discount I hadn’t requested. Better communication could have meant a two-month booking. I don’t understand why the person on the phone was so different from the helpful people we’ve met at the hotel.
