The room was mostly clean and free of bugs, and the attendant was friendly and quick to handle the problems we brought up. Still, the place was filthy overall, with trash piles and broken things around the building and lot. Our AC wasn't working when we arrived, so we were offered another room without a spa tub. Since it wasn't very hot, we stayed put. Then we found a missing lamp bulb, no batteries in the remote, and no towels. Those were fixed, but the tub jets didn't work later, and there was orange spill residue in the freezer that hadn't been cleaned.

The heater worked, at least. The building is older and seems due for renovations, and the sink and tub both drained poorly. Housekeeping is available only from 11am to 9pm. The bed shook a lot when someone moved, and the pillows were soft but small.

The room was way too small for the price, and it was noisy. Customer service was really poor, and they wouldn't refund us. There was dirt and mud across the floors, roaches, and dirty towels and bedding. The door lock didn't work, while the hot tub faucet leaked onto the floor. When I turned on the tub jets, a bunch of stuff came out and floated around. It kept happening even after I drained and refilled the tub several times.

We paid for the full week, then found out the next morning that our room had a huge bedbug problem. When I spoke to staff, they were rude, and I had to fight to get a refund. I still haven't seen it come through. This place was awful. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here, and I think it needs to be shut down.

This place is a dump, and the manager is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
