The rooftop deck is a great place to unwind, with city views, comfortable seats, a fire pit, and a BBQ area. I’ve also found the residents respectful, and the walkable spot makes it easy to get around Bellevue. The leasing team even pointed me toward places to explore. I’m in the new South building, where the tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment feel open and bright. The exposed concrete gives it an industrial look. Metro 112 has been a good fit after months of searching for a modern place in a lively area. The people here make a real difference. Lori made apartment hunting easy, and she and the rest of the leasing staff are professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Myra and Amy make the community events fun. Questions get answered, and maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours for me. The staff look for solutions with a smile. I also feel good traveling because the app-controlled mail room lets me know my packages are safe and monitored. If you want a secure, modern home with a friendly feel and a convenient Bellevue location, Metro 112 is worth a look.

The location is hard to beat, with the rail, shops, and grocery stores all easy to reach on foot. Amy, Maya, and the rest of the team have been friendly and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or concern. They seem to take residents’ needs and feedback into account, from social events to improvements to package delivery. I’ve been here for over four years and never considered moving elsewhere while I was in WA. If I come back to WA, I’d happily return to Metro 112.

The staff have been helpful and friendly, especially Kim, who’s been great over the last 2 1/2 years. I can also see mt rainer from my unit on clear days, and downtown is an easy walk away. Overall, it’s been good.

For an apartment tour, I’d book with Kim. I don’t think any apartment is perfect, but the good here outweighs the drawbacks by a lot. I lived at Metro112 for two years and moved once into a larger room. Choosing it as my first home after moving to the US was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The Entertainment suite is a real bonus. You can reserve it for a baby shower, reunion, or small wedding, and otherwise drop in to relax. There’s a billiard table and a meeting room for board games, so having people over doesn’t have to mean squeezing everyone into your apartment. Kim, Adam, and Brittany are more than property managers to me. They’ve felt like friends and neighbors, and they’re always willing to help. The location is convenient for downtown work, with Safeway, H-mart, PetSmart, healthcare, a police station, and Bellevue downtown park all within walking distance. There’s a ParcelPending package locker system, plenty of parking, and a 24/7 gym and workout room. It’s pet friendly, too.

Myra and Samantha deserve a special thank you. They’ve been professional and so helpful, even through all 100 of my questions, and they’re quick to make sure our needs are taken care of. The whole management team is responsive and puts in extra effort to keep tenants comfortable. The building feels secure and is well maintained. We’ve had a wonderful time living here, and the team has made it a pleasure to call this place home.
