Quality Inn Bellevue

We were four, including our one-year-old and our daughter's friend, and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean, and the basics were there, including a microwave. The place is a little worn: the door took a good push or pull to close, and the walls are thin, but for a night or two that was fine. Staff were very nice. It was quiet and affordable during a busy Seattle weekend, and getting to and from the venue was easy with hardly any traffic. McDonald's right next door was handy if we missed the free breakfast. We'd stay again.

The front desk people were really nice, and I enjoyed interacting with them. But I left a box of brand new lingerie from adore me in the kitchen bathroom area, on a shelf, in its original shipping box. It had tags on it and was worth about $300. It wasn't left with the trash. Nothing was turned in, and I was told nobody saw it. I can't say for certain who took it, but I'm very concerned that housekeeping stole it. Be careful about leaving anything valuable in your room. I'd like to see the security footage.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated after a long day. The room was clean and good for the price, though I'm not sure how well it was sanitized. The heaters seem old and aren't very good, and the walls are thin. They do have complimentary breakfast, although I didn't try it.

The room was small, with space for just one chair, but the bed was comfortable and the heating and AC worked well. The bathroom was clean and seemed recently updated, though the old door had rusty hinges and a loose knob and hook. The sink handle was so loose it was nearly falling off, making hot water hard to get. The front door was dirty, and I had to try three coffee makers before one worked. The breakfast area was clean but awkward to use, and the selection was below what I've found at other places. They seem to handle the big things, but the little details are neglected. For the price and the Choice franchise, I expected better.
