W Bellevue

Beatrice was there to welcome me again this time, and her cheerfulness is contagious. She’s a natural host who makes you feel you can bring her any problem without being a bother, even when the hotel is busy. She greets you warmly by name in the lobby, and she knew some names in our group, which felt genuinely thoughtful. With around 200-250 hotel nights a year, she stands out for me. The tall, slim employee with brown hair in a blue suit is also happy to take care of any concerns and is a good host. Whatever/whenever. Thanks to both for making guests want to return. I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit has been quite different. I’d rather not think about my last stay a month ago. One employee was the main problem, and others added to it. The warm welcome this time was the complete opposite of that stay, where the staff seemed to lack human warmth and empathy.

The W Bellevue has a lively, contemporary feel and a sleek look, from the lobby to the rooms, which come with city or lake views. The beds are comfortable, the tech amenities are on point, and the staff tend to be friendly and attentive. It’s easy to walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife in downtown Bellevue. The hotel offers a nice mix of comfort, style, and energy for a weekend away or a business trip. A good fit if you like a stay with some personality.

Bellevue Square is just steps away, with everything you could want nearby. I booked the W for my daughter and her family, and they absolutely loved it. The rooms were comfortable and unique, and they had a great breakfast in the restaurant. It’s an upscale hotel with a relaxed feel. Service was outstanding, warm, and welcoming. They’ll definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it.

The shower sits in the middle of the room with no privacy, which didn’t bother my husband and me but could be uncomfortable if you’re traveling with someone other than a partner. At night, at least on the weekend, the lobby lounge has a bit of a club atmosphere. The hotel seems geared more toward adults, especially couples or people looking to hook up, than families. I stayed four nights with my husband and had no complaints. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and honestly as attentive as a five-star hotel.
