We lasted about ten minutes. There were stains on the sheets, ants in the tub, black buildup on the light switches, toothpaste spit on the bathroom mirror, and sticky floors. We rinsed the tub to clear out the ants and pulled back the bedding to check the stains, but the hotel then refused the refund they had said we could get, claiming we had used the room. They told Expedia we had stayed there, too. This hotel will lie to avoid a refund. Don’t stay here. They’re thieves.

We were in and out in about ten minutes, but the room was covered in ants and had all kinds of stains. Staff said they’d arrange a refund through Expedia. I still haven’t received it, despite threatening legal action more than once and being hung up on multiple times. They also told Expedia we stayed in the room, which isn’t true.

The room stank of cigarettes, had hair all over the shower, holes in the comforter, and a bathroom door that looked like it had never been wiped down. Customer service was just as bad. I tried explaining it to the front desk, and all I got was “no refund.” The whole place felt disgusting. Save your time and money.

It was cold, and I had money, but the lady still said no when I arrived to check in. I’d booked online and was turned away because I was homeless.
