There was a roll-in shower in the accessible room, but no bench and nowhere nearby to set soap or shampoo. When I asked for a shower chair, they said they didn’t have one. How is someone in a wheelchair supposed to shower there? They should get a couple of chairs and add a place within reach for toiletries.

The photos made the place look cute, but it’s falling apart. The cabinet doors were broken, the mirror behind the TV was cracked, and the floors weren’t clean when I arrived. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were just stuffing in a pillowcase. I only got one regular coffee for my two-night stay.

There were insects in the room, and the cheap sheets and pillows smelled bad. Noise and disruptions from outside kept going, so getting any rest was impossible. I was uncomfortable the whole stay.

The staff were friendly, which earns the place an extra star, but I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. The room door was already open when we arrived, and the room didn’t seem properly cleaned. Our neighbors partied all night, and the walls were so thin we could even hear them whisper. The pillows were awful, basically pillowcases packed with chunks of questionable material. My head and neck hurt both nights. It’s a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for, and that’s on me.

I don’t trust the positive reviews. The sheets, pillows, and bed were all really low quality. There was something moldy on the side of the bed, and seeing it the next day made me feel sick.
