The owners and managers are good people, and the price is low compared with a lot of other motels. I stayed almost two months. No bugs, and everything’s fine if you’re not picky. I’ll come back.

In-N-Out was pretty good.

I’ve stayed here twice with my boyfriend, and both times a male employee unlocked our door without waiting for permission. The first time was in June. I was naked when he started opening the door, and my boyfriend ran over in his boxers to pull it nearly shut. The employee asked how we’d gotten into the room, even though we’d paid. He was embarrassed, apologized right away, and left. It upset me for a while, but I figured people make mistakes and maybe the computer had messed up. Basic human error. Today I paid $100 plus a $20 deposit. There was barely any toilet paper, so a few hours into our stay my boyfriend went downstairs to ask for some. I was sitting in the chair by the window in room #135 when a guy walked by and knocked. Before I could take the five steps to the door, I heard it unlock and open. He was trying to hand me the toilet paper, but he didn’t wait even ten seconds after knocking. I told him not to open my door. I went downstairs to complain. I was calm because I know it wasn’t the woman at the desk’s fault. I asked her to tell the staff not to do this. I pay over $100 and expect privacy and to feel comfortable in my room. She gave me attitude. When I returned upstairs, the employee I’d complained about was standing by my door to talk and tried to argue. I said there was no excuse and he didn’t need to get defensive. I just wanted an apology and his word it wouldn’t happen again. He kept interrupting and trying to justify himself, then apologized but immediately got defensive again. I told him to stop and leave it at the apology. I could’ve made a much bigger issue of it, but there’s no point. Manager, if you read these reviews, please train staff not to do this. Maybe it’s not something they usually do, but it’s happened both times I’ve been here. I’d like to keep giving the place business if the customer service and privacy improve. Thank you.

The manager/night operator was creepy, yelled at me and my family, and the service was rude. The place wasn’t clean, either: there was no service, bed bugs on the beds, and mold in the shower and fridge. The location was horrible and nothing like what you’d expect from a three-star motel. This was the worst motel stay of my life, and I felt so sad bringing my child on the trip. Never stay here.
