The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and parking was plentiful. A couple of the snacks looked a little disheveled but were still tasty. The location right off I-5 was convenient, too. The stay itself was frustrating. There were dogs barking on a busy floor throughout the day and late into the evening, apparently left alone during breakfast hours. Sleeping in was impossible. The walls also did little to block noise, and I could hear the upstairs neighbor’s alarm at 5:30 a.m. Check-in took a while, with one frazzled staff member handling it, and my card was accidentally charged twice. Two weeks later, I was still going back and forth with Hilton and my card provider to get the extra charge removed. Checkout went more smoothly, but the morning staff seemed unaware of the noise complaints and brushed me off when I brought them up. For the price, and under the Hilton name, I expected better. I wouldn’t return or recommend this location.

Draya, who worked nights at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I misplaced my room key or left it in my room a few times, and she made me a replacement every time without any fuss. She’s a wonderful person to meet when you arrive. From, Rm.319

The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Our room was clean aside from the shower, which had hair in it and could use new caulk. We were on the fourth floor facing the freeway, so there was some noise. The building looks great, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. One of the magnetic door holders by the fourth-floor elevator wasn’t working and was being propped open with a door stop. That seemed unsafe and like a fire hazard.

My family had a really fun stay and it felt like a mini vacation. The staff were friendly and everything was accommodating, and the prices honestly weren’t bad. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the hotel offers, from flight information and cooking supplies to a gym, a 24-hour game room, and a hot tub and pool.

We brought seven bikes on our trip and called ahead to ask where we could keep them. The staff let us lock them in the conference room for the week, and whenever we needed to get a bike, everyone cheerfully helped us in and out. The service was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty standard, though the chicken and biscuits were nice when they had them. We had a great stay. I only wish there were laundry facilities for guests.
