The Guest House

Sharon has thought of everything for a comfortable stay, and the studio is beautifully designed and furnished. The sitting area seats four and has books I’ve been meaning to read. The queen bed is comfy, with good lighting, and the bathroom has a deep tub and all the toiletries. There are complimentary goodies in the fridge too, all at an attractive price. Such a unique, beautiful place!

Sharon and Reggie are wonderful hosts, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Their home is a neighborhood landmark, turned into several comfortable, intriguing rooms, including an undercroft and a cottage, all decorated with real creativity. It’s cozy, clean, and commodious. The Guest House is handy for walking to the boardwalk and to Fairhaven’s downtown shops and restaurants. It’s also an easy place for our family to reach when we visit beautiful Bellingham. A charmer!

Sharon was a gracious host, and the Studio Suite was sensational: private, stylish, and tastefully decorated, with a view of the bay. I stayed three nights and found the parking safe and convenient. For the location and value, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

We stayed in the apartment and had the best experience at The Guest House. It was spacious, with a private patio and garden plus a mini kitchen. You can walk to the waterfront, and shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. The owner was friendly and helpful, and we’ll stay here again next time we’re in Bellingham.
