The way I was treated felt especially troubling, and I believe bias played a part. No one should be made to feel disrespected or discriminated against while traveling. We were on the property for about an hour, but staff accused us of causing the fire alarms and smoking in the room. Security cameras could have shown my partner smoking outside, not inside. They called the police without justification, refused to refund my payment, and later tried to take another $100 from my bank account without permission. When I phoned to sort it out, staff were rude and hung up. I found the whole experience extremely upsetting and consider the unauthorized charges fraudulent. I’ve reported it to management and the relevant authorities. I’m sharing this to warn other travelers and hope the hotel takes responsibility and improves its training and oversight.

I won't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it. Staff entered our room while we were away and without permission. When I raised it at the front desk, they just sat there and said we had too much stuff instead of dealing with the issue. The maintenance guy also walked off mumbling that we didn't want to stay there. The staff are rude and do whatever they want.

The staff were helpful and really friendly, and the place is open 24/7. They were accommodating to what I needed. Our second-floor non-smoking room was very clean and had no smell of smoke, which matters to me because I have allergies and always request a non-smoking room. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless, so I slept really well. Check-in was easy, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it for the cleanliness and comfort.

The rooms were gross and the staff rude. They wouldn't even give me toilet paper because it would mess up their inventory. Stay at the Red Roof, it was amazing.
