Best Western Plus Waco North

Breakfast was the reason we chose this hotel, and Ms Karen made sure it lived up to the reviews. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, the usual continental choices, and Texas-sized, Texas-shaped waffles. She was great with both the food and the service. The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful, even though roof work was going on our first day. Our room’s AC struggled, but it was August in TX, so we were just glad to be out of the heat. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Clean room, good condition, and friendly staff. I like the place as it is and hope nothing changes. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

A quiet stay, a comfortable bed, and plenty of room. Best Western has become my hotel chain of choice. I don’t have anything good to say about certain large competitors.

Karen is a gem. I’ve stayed here four times in the past ten months, and on the three visits before the latest one I reported that four of the five fitness machines weren’t working. Mr. Patel still hasn’t repaired them, so don’t count on using the fitness room. I’ve now sent my complaint to corporate. If I’m paying full price, I expect the amenities advertised online, and nearly a year should be enough time to get the equipment working. I look forward to resolving this, Mr. Patel, and thanks in advance.
