Extended Stay America Premier Suites San Francisco Belmont

What stood out here was how the staff treated us throughout our stay. We have two young children, and during a prolonged visit we sometimes needed extra help. Every staff member treated us with care and respect, and every interaction was positive. The front desk team were especially kind, helpful, and courteous, and the same professionalism carried through the rest of the staff. We've stayed at many similar places, but this one is second to none. They go above and beyond every day. An absolute 10/10.

I've been coming here for a few years and now stay long term. It feels like a home away from home, and I've felt safe here. The place is organized and clean, and the staff are exceptional. Ashlyn, Nazmeen, Al, Mark, and the rest of the team work hard to keep everything tidy and make guests comfortable by noticing individual needs. I've never experienced this level of kindness and friendliness at another facility. The location is great, close to shops, the library, highway, shores, and trails. Rooms have plenty of space, a full kitchen, a good-sized refrigerator, and kitchen shelves. And I still don't know how Ashlyn at the front desk keeps up that smile and radiant energy. Maybe it's just a gift.

Some noise came through from neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing could be better. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it in good shape. The front desk team were friendly and helpful, and they handled my early check-in smoothly, which I appreciated. Parking was convenient, and the price felt like good value.

For a longer stay, this was comfortable and a great deal. My room had the kitchen, space, and basics I needed to settle in, and the washers and dryers were really convenient. The bed was super cozy, and I slept well every night. The only little thing I'd suggest is adding shampoo and conditioner for guests. That's minor next to how clean, convenient, and well equipped the hotel is. I had a wonderful stay at Extended Stay in Belmont/San Francisco and would definitely return.
