I slept so well here, thanks to the quiet neighborhood and a wonderful bed. Breakfast was delicious too. Our whole family rented every room in this gorgeous historic house, and each one felt private, roomy, and beautifully decorated. We loved the sprawling grounds, with their different places to sit, the chickens, and two fire pits. It's just down the street from campus, which was convenient. We're already planning another visit.

Rhonda, the Owner, is so caring and really is the best. The muffins were absolutely delicious! I slept comfortably all night and woke up relaxed. Everything about my stay at Bryn Oaks Bed & Breakfast was clean, satisfying, and enjoyable from start to finish. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it.

We had rooms in Cardinal, Live Oak, Yellow Rose and Chisholm, and they were all ready for us. Rhonda, her husband, Ashley and the whole team were fantastic. Before we arrived, Rhonda answered everyone's questions and told us about the B&B and the town. Check-in was easy, parking was easy, and we could walk to the little downtown area. The breakfast was seriously delicious. Bravo Bryn Oaks!!!

The chickens and cats made the place feel like home, and breakfast in the dining room was lovely. We also learned a lot about Belton. We stayed in the Live Oak suite with our two kids, ages 10 and 12. It sleeps four and was a wonderful fit. The room was lovely, with a kitchen and fridge, and the bedrooms and bathroom were perfect. Everything was clean, the pillows and bedding were great, and the air conditioner worked well. We'll definitely come back. Thank you Rhonda and Kirk!!

Rhonda was incredibly sweet and made sure the visit went well. Her breakfast was AMAZING, and the house is beautiful. I stayed in the bluebonnet room, which was adorable and cozy. Bryn Oaks feels like a hidden gem, with a personal touch you just don't get at hotels. Clean rooms, great food, and kind hosts made it a lovely place to rest and relax.
