We had a nice stay overall, and I'd definitely come back. The room was clean, especially the sheets and towels, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, including with our late checkout request. For the price, it was a decent basic place. We picked it for the indoor pool in winter. The hours were good, and there was a hot tub too. The pool water wasn't crystal clear, but it was usable. Our room had a microwave and fridge, and I liked how cold the fridge got. Most hotel fridges barely cool anything, but this one even left a little frost on our sodas. The heater warmed the room well, though its temperature setting seemed meaningless, LOL. It kept running until we switched it to fan only. The tub and sink both drained slowly, but the water did go down, so it was manageable. There's a small selection of drinks, ramen, and snacks in the lobby. A gas station right across the parking lot makes access easy, and it had a nice range of bottled frappuccinos, including peppermint mocha and pumpkin spice, which we don't see much in Arizona.

The staff were courteous and friendly, the service was great, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would use this place again if we needed to.

The room was clean and had everything you'd expect at a newer hotel. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, served in a large, clean dining area. There was something for everyone: the biscuits and gravy were satisfying, the omelets were tasty, and the kids liked making their own waffles. They also enjoyed the juice and chocolate milk.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, but the amenities were a big disappointment. We chose the place specifically for the hot tub, yet the pool and hot tub were cold and fairly dirty. There were no towels in the pool area, and I couldn't get hold of the front desk to ask for some. The staff weren't especially friendly, either. Parking was poor for anything with a trailer.

The lobby makes a nice first impression, especially the fireplace. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly but professional. There's a gas station right next door if you need to fill up in the morning. I have photos to add, but there isn't a prompt here for uploading them.
