Comfort Inn & Suites

Breakfast was solid each morning, and the evenings were quiet. I spent a couple of nights here and found it quite nice. The staff were attentive, the rooms were well appointed for the price, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. We’ll be back.

For our 7 year anniversary, the staff decorated the bed with rose petals and candles, folded two swans from towels, and left us a really sweet note thanking us for choosing them. The service was awesome, and everything else was great too. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the continental breakfast had lots of tasty options. A solid 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Thank you, Comfort Inn, you really went above and beyond!

The employees were pleasant, and breakfast was great. They had a lovely tea selection, but no regular tea, which is a must for me in the morning. Housekeeping should also clean both sides of the swivel mirror. Otherwise this would’ve been five stars. We’ll be back.

The staff were easily the best part. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept on top of things, and the cleaning crew was very nice and did an excellent job. Breakfast itself was ordinary, fine but nothing special. The pool was a big reason we booked, but it was full of cold water during our visit. The hot tub was empty, which made it risky for my kids when we tried dipping our feet in the freezing pool. They didn't offer access to another nearby pool, something I've had hotels arrange when their own pool was out of order. I also saw staff checking the chemical levels with a measuring cup marked by green, algae-like stains, which wasn't pleasant. The room had a bathroom fan that looked like it should work, but there was no way to turn it on. The TV remote was missing its battery cover, a safety concern with small kids around. For us, the hotel was expensive, and the stay was just OK.
