Sleep Inn Bend Crossroads Plaza

I was happy enough with the value to stay an extra night. For someone like me who pays attention to hotel prices, the rate was very reasonable for the experience. There are restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Pilot Butte.

The customer service really made the stay. Nikita at the front desk was hands down the coolest and friendliest receptionist I’ve met. She made me feel at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and breakfast was great too. The Sleep Inn Bend is in a perfect spot, right across from a great brewery. I had an amazing stay, thank you!

Our planned two nights turned into four, and we were grateful for how well the team looked after us. Bad weather pushed us off the PCT, and Danielle, Nikita, and Michael went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. We’d originally booked the nights before and after our hike, but this team really saved the trip. Danielle runs the best Sleep Inn we’ve stayed at. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was second to none. The pool, hot tub, and hotel cleanliness were all amazing. If you want a place in Bend where the staff treats you like family, this is it. We can’t say enough good things about the crew.
