Comfort Inn & Suites Bennett

The rooms were clean and modern, so the hotel has potential, but the stay was really frustrating. A large dog in the room next door barked almost constantly, and cigarette smoke from there seeped into our room. I told the front desk employee, who said she would handle it, but nothing changed. In the morning I asked why it hadn’t been resolved. She said they weren’t going to extend his stay and that it wasn’t their fault someone’s dog barked all night. My review photo shows the smoke alarms taped over. I can only assume it was so people could smoke in the rooms without setting them off. That seems incredibly dangerous in case of a fire, and it was especially upsetting because my young daughter has asthma. I’ll update this if we hear from the manager.

There are several food options nearby, and the manager lady was great, pleasant and easy to deal with. Not a bad place to stay. I’d come back.

Everything was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I travel and stay in a lot of hotels, and this one stands out as excellent. Monica, Ben, and the whole staff were wonderful to work with. I have no hesitation giving it five stars.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was okay. Ben at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.
