Quality Inn Bennettsville

The woman checking me in was friendly and chatty, but the room was revolting. Everything felt a bit greasy, and the smell of urine was everywhere. Our socks got filthy after only a few minutes walking around. I took my kids and left. There was no way I was letting them sleep there.

The staff were nice, and the beds were okay, though very firm. Still, we had a rough night: loud neighbors were yelling next door, and people upstairs banged around at about 4 am. There were also people outside in the parking lot doing sketchy things, so we worried someone might break into our car. The rooms were okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying unless you absolutely need a stop.

Housekeeping was super nice. Our room was decent, with no bed bugs or roaches, though the AC could use a good scrub. The location felt sketchy, with people wandering around acting strangely, and I couldn't sleep well because I worried about my car getting broken into. The pool wasn't open yet.

Men hanging around outside were drinking heavily and harassed and catcalled my sister. The environment felt unsafe and sketchy, especially if you have children, and we won't stay again. One of our rooms also had a strong smoke smell. We asked to switch, got the runaround about it, but they eventually moved that room.
