Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

The room was overpriced and poorly cleaned, with roaches, a faulty TV, and an AC unit so loud it kept my family and me up all night. The pool looked like a sewer. The hotel clerk was horrible too. Worst room experience ever. I’d advise anyone not to stay here.

We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The manager was friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spacious. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby.

The location may have been convenient, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. It was smelly, untidy, and unhygienic. The bathroom had a clogged toilet, and there was poop on the tub and toilet seat. The bed linens, pillows, and comforter were dirty, the sheets had holes, and there was dust in the AC and around the room. The sofa was torn, and a chair and lamp were broken. I had booked two nights, but after changing rooms twice because we weren’t satisfied, they still refused a refund. We barely stayed one night, checked out on May 11, 2024, and paid for one additional night. The breakfast area smelled and was dirty. They had only muffins and tea, no coffee; the coffee and juice machines were out of order and never replaced, and the tea was in a dirty flask. There was no kitchen or staff, and no room cleaning service. I’m sure they hadn’t cleaned the hotel in three years. Please stay away.

The beds were decent and the location was convenient. Though the door didn’t shut all the way, it did lock. Those were the best parts. We stayed three nights, and the room was never cleaned or the trash taken out, even after we called twice to ask. The ceiling was falling down, most outlets didn’t work, the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall, and the comforters had cigarette burns. The room was visibly dirty, and the microwave worked only sometimes. Breakfast was just coffee.
