SpringHill Suites Bentonville

The people were very friendly and the service was excellent. It's a perfectly nice mid-priced hotel, but the rooms and especially the bathroom fixtures feel about 30 years old and need a remodel. The pool water was quite cloudy, with visible particles suspended in it, and definitely needs cleaning more regularly.

The power went out, so Wi-Fi, the pool, and the usual continental breakfast were all unavailable. Those amenities had been included and advertised as part of the stay. I asked for a 20-30 percent discount and was refused because I had still slept in the room. It seemed there was no regard for the fact that discounts in that situation are relatively commonplace. I had a poor night's sleep, yet was charged full price. The owner, who remained nameless through this, apparently thinks that's the Springhill Suites customer experience.

The breakfast was fresh and actually good, even though I usually don't like hotel breakfast. Everyone working there was kind and helpful, and this was one of the cleanest places I've stayed in after many hotel stays for work and vacation. When I go to another home game for the Razorbacks, I'll absolutely pick this place again. 10/10, recommend.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was damp and smelled moldy, and the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Staff were rude, and my card was charged more than I authorized at check-in. There was also a lot going on at the hotel next door, with people and police outside most of the time. The lights and commotion across the parking lot bothered me and my family. Do not stay here. I want to add a few things after the manager replied. I'm sure this is the right hotel. I plan to upload some receipts about the overcharge. On the night I checked in, I was told there was a $40 security deposit. The next night, a full day before checkout, they charged another $10 to the card on file. They say it's a smoke-free hotel, but people smoke there, and it smells like weed and cigarettes. The rude front desk worker is an older man who never gets up and is always sitting down. To be clear, the police were across the parking lot at the neighboring hotel, which is very close. Their lights and commotion are what bothered us. Please don't stay here. As the manager's response shows, they want to deflect instead of taking responsibility and claiming it wasn't their hotel.
