The good energy here made the stay, and my two dogs had a blast. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. Charles at the front desk was funny and had a great attitude. We’ve got a couple more days before we leave, and honestly I hate to go. I’d definitely recommend the place and stay here again.

The room itself didn’t smell, and it was clean and comfortable. The lobby is nice, and the staff and manager were friendly and seemed to have things in order. There were breakfast options. The hallway smelled of smoke, though maybe replacing the carpet would help. Still, I had a nice stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was very large with plenty of space. It was clean, but there were no towels or soap, and no blanket on the bed. The bathroom was oddly small, and there were stains and mold on the ceiling. Such a shame, because it could be a five-star hotel. We thought we’d found a bargain for the price, but got what we paid for.

We had plenty of space in the room, and the staff were friendly, but my family won’t book here again. I paid $53 a night through a third party and kept reminding myself that you get what you pay for. The bed and bath linens seemed clean, but the floors did not. There was old rice beside the bed, which my 15-month-old tried to eat, plus dried urine drops and several short dark hairs beside the base of the toilet. The room and bathroom both needed a deep clean. The white stripes on the shower curtain had yellow stains, and the shower head was old with weak water pressure. Our bathroom door was cracked and dented inward, and the recent remodel looked messy and poorly done. The room had a working mini fridge and small microwave, but no plastic laundry bags. The sliding window curtain was broken. We could hear a nearby room’s television through the walls and woke to thumping from people walking above us. I’m not certain, but I think our door was particle board. The pool was being maintained, which was a disappointment for the kids, though I understand that can happen. The front desk staff were friendly, but dressed in jeans and T-shirts, which seemed unprofessional to me. Our key cards for the room and side entrances had to be reset every evening, so we had to drive back to the front desk each time.

The front desk staff were really nice, and breakfast the next morning was decent, but we won’t return. We only chose this place because everywhere else was booked, and now I understand why. The room had a strong musty, wet-animal smell that bothered all three of us. The beds looked dirty, with animal hairs on the comforters and stuff on the sheets that my husband wiped off. We arrived late and I was ready to sleep, but the beds seemed so filthy I kept my clothes on. I barely slept because of the stuffy smell. In the morning, my husband nearly wiped his face with a towel before noticing curly black hairs on it. At checkout I saw a couple of teens in regular clothes who seemed to be cleaning staff. I overheard one tell another outside a room, “Oh, we’re actually going to have to clean this bathroom.” That made me think they might not usually clean it if they don’t feel they need to. It was sickening. The cheap price wasn’t worth it.
