The rooms were really nice, though a little expensive. I was here for a two-day conference close to my corporate office. The suite had a separate living space, plus a mini-fridge, microwave and wet bar. There’s an indoor pool, a fitness center and meeting rooms, and Grain & Cane is right in the hotel. Breakfast is made to order, and they also have an evening reception with drinks and snacks.

The rooms were nice, especially the bedroom area of the suites, and the lobby and shared spaces looked good too. Breakfast was very good, with two busy chefs making omelets from a choice of up to 20 ingredients. There’s also a complimentary cocktail hour for hotel guests, and the popular restaurant inside had an excellent manager who made sure people were happy. Donelle gave top notch service, and everyone at the front desk was extremely nice. The gym equipment looked almost brand new, and the heated pool was just the right temperature. My only complaint was stains on some lobby furniture and a few on our couch. Room #323.

After a 15-hour drive, we checked in around 11 p.m. and found sticky floors and a sticky counter by the sink in the first room. The pullout couch sheets looked like they had pubic hair on them. The woman at the front desk was amazing and moved us, but the second room had filthy floors and potato chips on the couch. By then it was after midnight, so we switched rooms again. The third one wasn't too bad, except there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. We’ve stayed here plenty of times before, so this was very disappointing. Management did work with us and even gave us a free night.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I needed something. My room was clean, roomy, and well cared for, which made the stay comfortable. I had a pleasant experience at Embassy Suites and would consider coming back. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, reliable hotel.

The staff were great to work with and really friendly with the kids. We were there for a wedding and brought a babysitter for our child. The suite layout worked perfectly: our baby could sleep in the bedroom while the sitter hung out in the living area, and the bathroom was accessible from outside the bedroom. The pool was clean and the room was kept comfortably warm. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast, and you have to try the pound cake. The egg station line can get long and pretty disorganized, though.
