Laura, the General Manager, and Maddy, the Assistant General Manager, were the best part of the experience. Their professionalism and eye for detail made everything easy. We held our wedding at The Atlantic, and loved the gorgeous rooms, ballroom, and outdoor space. The food was delicious, with accommodating options for our gluten free and vegan guests. I'd highly recommend The Atlantic Hotel for a wedding or other event in the Ocean City area.

We happened to visit during the town's Oktoberfest celebration, which was a fun bonus. It's been 30 years since our wedding night here, and after this stay we're thinking of coming back every year. The accommodations, restaurant, and staff are first class, but the cost is suited for anyone.

None of the eight of us will be coming back. I arranged a Christmas dinner for eight coworkers at The Atlantic Hotel Bistro, and we were put in the back patio room with no heat. One woman didn't receive her meal until everyone else had finished, so she had to take it to go. I called Laura to let her know. She said Gia had ordered the wrong dish and claimed the woman was offered soup while her meal was remade, but she was never offered any. Laura accused me of calling just to get a free meal, then hung up on me very unprofessionally.

We stayed at The Atlantic Hotel while visiting Berlin and had dinner right there one evening. The food was excellent, and my wife and I both enjoyed the hotel's old-time charm. Thanks for a great stay.

The food was great, and the service was even better. We celebrated my Mom's birthday in a private room, with a little side room where the kids could hang out. Some of our family spent the weekend at the hotel and had very positive experiences too.
