The manager was rude and disrespectful, swearing at and threatening customers. I saw her pick up large crumbs from the floor instead of vacuuming after we left. The doors looked kicked in and barely locked. The bathrooms were tiny, with toilets right against the wall. The rooms smelled and had bugs. Mine smelled of urine, and I found handgun bullets pushed into the mattress along with a bed bug fogger bomb. I asked to change rooms, but the manager refused. I also found drug paraphernalia behind the dressers. Don't bring your kids here, and I wouldn't stay again. Be careful entering your information on the Amazon Fire TV. It connects with neighbors, and people may order movies through your apps. This was a terrible stay. I rarely write reviews, but I don't want anyone else going through what my pregnant girlfriend and I experienced.

Jeanie is a kind, friendly service associate who looks after the renters and cares for a few rescue dogs. I've been here more than seven months without any problems. The rooms are clean, with free internet and direct TV, and each room has its own parking space. Smoking isn't allowed inside, and not many people smoke in general. It's quiet, family oriented, and there's no drug activity in sight. Best place to stay on the Berlin turnpike, especially for a longer stay.

I work overnight and needed a place before my shift, but they said I had to pay $75 right away and another $75 at 11 a.m. I didn't want to stay anyway. It looked like trash and smelled strongly of dog as soon as I walked into the check-in area. The woman seemed extremely racist to me, and I found the payment situation outrageous. The place gave me a bad feeling, like somewhere you could disappear into the backwoods and nobody would hear from you again 😳

I love staying here. The rooms are truly clean, not just halfway cleaned, and the place feels quiet, cozy, and safe. The owner is such a sweet woman, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. For good prices and beautiful, very clean rooms, this is where I'd go on the turnpike or nearby. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
