Days Inn By Wyndham Bernalillo

The room was clean and everything worked, and the breakfast was a hit with my kids. Everyone on staff was really friendly. Angelo was especially pleasant and nice. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll come back whenever we visit.

The front desk guy Christian is the reason this gets five stars. We showed up at 4 am with a reservation for the wrong day, and he was super helpful. Booking with him instead of an online service even saved us some money. The hotel itself is reasonably clean, though the electrical setup is a bit janky. It’s definitely a 2 star hotel. Christian deserves a raise.

Christian really helped us out when we arrived at 4am. He gave us a great deal, accepted my cats and our big group, and let us check out late so we could get some sleep. The staff were all polite, and the room was clean and nice. The door handles and key card were a little janky, but everything else was totally fine.

The staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms, bathrooms, and indoor pool and spa were clean. The spa is an older model with a loud motor, so we turned it off and enjoyed the hot water. Our room was great, with little traffic noise, though the walls are thin. We heard a loud child before he went to sleep and again first thing when he woke up. For the price, the amazing staff, and the nearby hiking trails, shopping, and restaurants, we’d definitely stay again.
