Breakfast was a lovely four-course meal, and Mark checked the night before whether we had dietary restrictions. He kindly adjusted the food for us the next morning. My husband and I only stayed one night, but we had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, and each room has its own theme, from Oriental and Egyptian to French, Art Deco, Country, Frontier, and Tropical. I thought that was a really fun touch. We'd happily recommend this bed and breakfast.

The garden was lovely in June, with lots of different flowers, and we had tea on the patio before breakfast. Breakfast is served with the other guests, and the food was so good we were floored by the quality. Mark made the stay feel welcoming and personal, almost like we were family. We stayed in the Egyptian room downstairs, an open floor room with thoughtful Egyptian details and a whirlpool tub with an extendable shower head. The inn is well maintained and just off Main Street, which made getting around easy. We were in town for an event over the weekend, and though we live within an hour, we already think we'll come back.

Mark even mailed my husband's shirt back a few days after we got home, with a note. We'd stayed at several places, so we hadn't known where he'd left it. That was really thoughtful. The breakfasts were the highlight, both mornings were like masterpieces, though I don't know if Mark has a culinary background. The house is gorgeous, and we had the French room with its round bed. I also loved the locally made soaps. If you're spending time in the mountains, this is a great place to stay. Why choose a regular hotel when you can enjoy such a beautiful house and gourmet breakfast?

We arrived to a chilly room, though it got to a normal temperature within a few hours. The robes were comfortable, and there was even one that looked Egyptian. We had the Egyptian room, and its spa tub was amazing. Breakfast was filling and the best, with friendly, wonderful service all around. The room was cozy, and we'll book here again soon.

After a day out exploring, it was great to come back to this clean, cozy little place. Mark made the best breakfasts we've ever had, no joke. It's such an adorable gem, and we'll be back with friends.
