The front desk staff were so welcoming, friendly, and sweet, and the service was excellent. What really amazed me was the cleanliness. At several other Alabama hotels, even highly rated ones, I’ve felt I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and bed linens. Here, everything was spotless from the moment we walked in. The room was immaculate, and the bedclothes and towels smelled freshly washed and bleached. It felt so fresh. They did an amazing job, 10/10 stay.

We had a great location and spacious, clean rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, which you don’t always get. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my husband said the free breakfast was one of the best he’s had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Joel at the front desk was courteous and professional, with a smile that lit up the room. The hotel was safe, very clean, and extremely quiet, with comfortable beds and hot shower water. We usually stay at Tier 3 or higher Marriots, but this Holiday Inn was better than the Tier 3 places I’ve visited recently and exceeded my expectations. One thing to fix: the breakfast potatoes were soggy and undercooked. They need to be crisped up on a sheet pan or something.
10/10
We’d stay again if we were in the area, though I’d bring something to soften the bed. The pillows felt nice, but the mattress was harder than I like and set off my pressure points. The hotel was clean and nice, with roomy rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Rolling carts were available, and there was plenty of space to get one to the room.

We were here for a few days for hospital surgery, with the clinic just two minutes away. Zaxbys and piggly wiggly were each about a minute away, too. The room was clean and comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly with lots of channels. Everything was great. Ty
