The kitchenette setup was very good and the atmosphere was comfortable. Housekeeping should come more often. For what we paid, they should handle the garbage and change the linens every two days instead of leaving it to the room occupant.

I’ve been here for a while now. Great staff, and the front desk has wonderful energy every day.

The front desk woman was rude, and the rooms were shockingly filthy, with roaches everywhere. I’ll be calling the board of health tomorrow.

My family stayed for two nights and three days. We didn’t see roaches, and Orlando at the front desk was helpful. The room floor and linens hadn’t been cleaned, though. I had to ask for fresh linens and replace them myself. The fridge worked, but it was rusty on the outside. I didn’t feel our cars were safe there, and I couldn’t find a fire alarm in the room.

10/10
The housekeeping team did a great job, the rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Dominique and Angulika at the front desk made me feel safe and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. The location and spacious rooms were highlights too. I’ve stayed here before and will keep coming back whenever I’m in town. I’d give the hotel a 10/10.
