The room had stains on the floors and comforter, and the amenities were subpar. We booked for Mother’s Day because the hotel was near some of the best restaurants, but the room had to be changed because the AC was broken. The hot tub was broken too, the pool was 60 degrees, and the breakfast, especially the coffee, needed help. We raised complaints during the stay, but customer service fell well short for several couples and parties. I took photos and reported everything to management, only to be told it was all me and my wife. The hotel charged over $80 extra by mistake. Priceline was no help, even though we paid for insurance on the stay. Locals said the place was decent when it opened but had gone downhill. A substantial upgrade, along with honesty and integrity, would make the Super 8 down the street the better choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place even for a night in the parking lot. I’m a retired US Marine, and I have no recommendations for this hotel or Priceline after this trip.

We were traveling as a family and this was just right for a stop along the way. The rooms are clean, though the furniture and decor are older. Breakfast was good for us, with hot eggs, sausage, and tots plus other choices. Our air conditioner worked well, and the desk attendants were friendly.

We had a roomy suite and the room was clean, so the stay was pleasant overall. The continental breakfast was very good. The king mattress was only okay, though, and could be more comfortable. They should consider updating it to a pillow-top like many hotels have.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the sausage and eggs at breakfast were good. The breakfast was otherwise mediocre, with hard gator tots and thin sausage gravy to avoid. The hot tub doesn’t work, and they don’t heat the indoor pool.

I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I’d known how bad it was. The app photos show a hot tub, but it’s been closed for years and they haven’t updated the pictures. There were scuffs all over the walls, some covered with badly matched paint, and the room’s air filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, maybe years. It was the most disgusting filter I’ve ever seen. The room light was falling apart, too. The vending machine charged a ridiculous $2 for Costco water and then ate my money. The front desk gave me warm water from the office instead. I would have driven the extra 90 minutes for better options.
