Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda Washington DC

I came by today to see the space and ask a few more questions. The staff remembered my earlier conversation with management and were quick to help. Chris and Bertha greeted me with smiles and were polite, attentive, professional, and prompt. Earlier this week I’d spoken with Yannick, the manager, by phone about a room. He welcomed my questions and concerns and assured me that he or the staff would be ready to help make my vision happen. The care I received from all three is why I’ll book here and recommend this location. It’s been a long time since I’ve had customer service this good. Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you again.

The breakfast team made us feel right at home, and we really enjoyed the evening receptions. We also ate at the on-site restaurant several nights, and every meal was fantastic. We were in town for my medical services and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff, rooms, and amenities were all 10/10. We’d absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area. Thanks to everyone for making the visit so welcoming.

Breakfast was a real plus, with lots to choose from and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, too. Parking felt expensive for a hotel that isn’t exactly downtown. I would have rated the hotel five stars if an alarm hadn’t woken me at 6 AM. From other reviews, it sounds like this happens often. Fix the alarm clocks and I might stay again.

The evening bar and restaurant came with two free drinks and complimentary snacks. Joe and Helen were great to chat with and really professional. The flatbread pizza and fries were delicious. At breakfast, I loved the made-to-order omelets, though there was a wide range of choices. Juana, Elizabeth, Blanca, Myriam, and the others I’m forgetting always greeted me so warmly. The staff even said good morning or hello when I got off the elevator, whether I was heading out or coming back, and even with my doggies, lol. Check-in was just as lovely. Berta and Yannicks went above and beyond, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for remote work. My wife, fur babies, and I were treated so well that I didn’t want to leave. This place is a gem, and I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.
