Comfort Suites Bethlehem Near Lehigh University and LVI Airport

The breakfast had something for everyone, and the “bold” coffee was surprisingly good. My room was pretty clean, with a giant shower and a super comfy bed and nice pillows. Every staff member I met was a delight. I was very impressed with the quality for the price and will definitely return.

We stayed for a child’s sporting event and left a pricey personal item in the room. It was turned in, but then internal staff stole it before I could come back to retrieve it. Very disappointing. It wasn’t a good environment. Don’t waste your money here, find somewhere else.

Melinda was a joy to watch at work. She was always busy and seemed to know instinctively how to stay ahead of things. The shuttle to Main St was great, and parking, check-in, and checkout were easy. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the walls were kind of thin and noise carried. It was quiet at night, and I enjoyed the stay.

We found bed bugs in the room, and had to leave in the middle of the night and get rid of all our things. Before that, the room was already filthy, with stains on the floors and walls, a horrible musty smell, mold in the bathroom, and visible dirt everywhere. When I told the front desk worker about the bed bugs, they were dismissive and offered no real help. The hotel clearly wasn’t being cleaned or maintained properly. The general manager, David, doesn’t seem to care about guests’ health and safety and hasn’t returned our calls. This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, an absolute nightmare. Avoid this vile, disgusting hotel.
