Victoria, the manager, is wonderful. Whenever an issue comes up, she handles it quickly and respectfully. The rest of the staff are great too. I’d recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to Pennsylvania.

The hotel gets three stars from me, but Victoria gets five. Extended Stay is lucky to have a manager like her. I called last night and she knew how to guide me and make me feel looked after. Meeting her in person confirmed the same warmth and professionalism I’d heard on the phone. She pays close attention to what guests need, and that kind of service is rare. She deserves the recognition, even though she doesn’t know I’m writing this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Danielle was absolutely amazing. After a long, exhausting trip from Orlando, I got to the hotel at 10 pm. She made sure I got the best deal, kept a great attitude, and offered a better room when my TV wasn’t working properly. She also offered towels and help with my luggage, which honestly blew me away. I’m so grateful for everything she did. I wish I could take her home with me, lol. Thank you so much, Danielle! Every five-star hotel needs someone like you.

The room smelled so awful it made me sick, and I had to leave. The heating unit was taped up, the microwave was dirty, and the bathtub was filthy. There was a smoky smell in the elevator, and the room itself had one tiny bar of soap. When I asked for body wash, I got tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. Ridiculous. Kate kept apologizing, and I do like her, but someone at the desk should acknowledge guests. I stood there knocking on the counter and calling “hello” for a long time. It seemed like she could hear me, though I’m sure the environment takes its toll. This place is the pits. I hope Kate finds a nicer job because she deserves one.
