We wanted to give this place five stars, since it’s really clean, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is the best around. A few months ago we stayed in a perfect room and thought we’d found a gem. This time, though, the room smelled horrible, like a dirty litter box. We asked to change rooms; the next one was also awful, just not quite as bad. Since pets are allowed in every room, maybe the first room was simply the only one that didn’t smell of animal urine. We won’t be back. If pets are allowed, they should have some rooms kept for people who want fresh air, or remove the carpet everywhere. And please don’t cover the smell with overpowering air freshener or Febreze, as I think they did. I can’t hold my breath in my room.

We stayed for two nights, and none of the three of us slept well because the beds were so uncomfortable. They sag badly in the middle, feel lumpy, and seem worn out. The rooms were very spacious, but the sofa was stained and looked nasty, and the shower seal was orange and gross. It needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. We won’t stay here again.

The kitchen in the room made it easy for my daughter and me to have snacks and food between soccer games without eating out the whole trip. She and I both slept really well and felt at home. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the rooms were, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was a decent size, and the lobby gave the families and team a great place to gather. This was by far my best Hilton stay, and I’d return in a heartbeat.

The staff created a friendly atmosphere and were super nice and accommodating. The room was quiet, with a comfortable clean bed and clean appliances, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Some of the dishes provided weren’t clean, though. I had takeout and brought my own plastic cutlery, and I hand washed the plates and flatware I checked. I’d recommend staying, but check the dishes if you plan to use them.
