The Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College

I was in town for a show at Off Cabot in Beverly, Ma and stayed overnight rather than make the drive home, which is over an hour and a half. Christine at the front desk was wonderful from arrival through checkout. She let me check in 15 minutes early so I could leave my luggage, grab an early dinner, get ready, and nap before the show. The next morning I got coffee in the beautiful lounge, and she extended checkout to noon so I could check email in comfy clothes before the drive home. The downstairs couch and bar area are lovely. I’m writing this from the couch and plan to come back for my next Off Cabot event in April. It was also only 6-7 minutes to and from Off Cabot after a late night and drinks with friends. The standard queen I booked by mistake was quite small, with little room to open luggage, and had a steamer but no iron or board. I’d brought a mini iron, which helped with the deep wrinkles in my outfit. The room was gorgeous despite being small, the bedding was so comfortable I slept deeply, and the bathroom was beautiful. The inn feels quaint compared with a standard hotel. Thanks, Christine and Wylie Inn!

The staff were so kind and accommodating, and I had a great stay, even during a snowstorm. The toilet flush was oddly loud, and I did wish there had been a hot tub and free breakfast. Still, I loved being here and would come back.

We had a clean, affordable room with a queen bed, a chair, and a small counter. We didn’t need the chair or counter, but they were there, and there was enough space for our baby’s bassinet. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. There’s also a little gym, which we didn’t use, and I believe there’s a pool too, though we didn’t look for it. A pleasant, helpful staff and access to a small beach made this a great little place to stay. The beach is a nice spot to watch the sunset.

We had a great stay at the Wylie inn. The front desk staff made sure we were comfortable and helped us find good places to eat nearby. Our room was very clean, smelled great, and looked newly renovated, and the bed was really comfortable. It’s a beautiful place in a great location. We’d highly recommend it and will stay here again when we’re in the area. Thank you!
