The sites were roomy and level, and the place was clean and fairly new. But the water hookup at ours leaked so badly that we borrowed water from the next site. The 30A outlet also shorted and ruined my plug, so I had to replace its male end afterward. There’s a lot of traffic noise since the RV park sits right by a busy highway. One entrance is so awkward with a camper that you have to loop all the way around to get out. They need to sort out the electrical and water hookups.

We were given vegetable oil when we asked for olive oil to dress the salad, which pretty much summed up the service. The flatbread came without cheese, and there was no dressing with the salad. We were also billed for an item that had been forgotten and only arrived after we’d finished eating, plus $4 more than the menu price for one meal. Probably one of my worst restaurant experiences.

The internet barely worked, though the smart TV was fine. We had a nice clean bathroom and comfortable beds, and the cabin itself was nice with beautiful views. It could use a few more dishes and utensils for a family of five. There were enough for three or four, but we managed.

The boat rentals next door were awesome. Our RV broke down on the way, and the staff worked with us over the reservation dates. The property is new and nice, though construction is still underway, so during the week heavy equipment can be loud enough to shake the ground. Getting basic information from the front desk was like pulling teeth. The website says very little, there was nothing printed for us when we arrived, and we had to ask very specific questions. WiFi was awful, just one bar even with no guests in the cabins and only one other RV there. Our mobile hotspot didn’t work either. The bathrooms and showers were still closed at 8 in the morning.

We’ve kept a slip at Big Arm Resort Marina for years because the location works perfectly for us. Mike, the Marina Manager, keeps the docks in good condition, provides services, checks moorings, and looks after general safety. He’s always ready to lend a hand, and does it with a smile and kind words. Steve & Mary
