We stayed here six years ago in a three-bedroom unit, and came back in a four-bedroom one now that we have three more grandkids. The unit was very nice.

The location was quiet, felt safe, and was easy to get around on foot, with plenty of nearby shops and places to eat. Our condo at Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village, Ascend Resort Collection was spacious, spotless, and well cared for, and the private garage made parking simple. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend it.

We love coming back to The Club at Big Bear. The staff are fantastic, and the clubhouse is magnificent, with lots of amenities for families. The pool is beautiful, and town is an easy short walk away. The villas are lovely, and it's great to be able to stay in and cook or barbecue dinner for the family instead of going out every night.

I stayed in building 11, room 101, in the master suite at Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village, Ascend Resort Collection, 40671 Village Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA, 92315, US, on July 25, July 26 and July 27, 2025. I was bitten by bedbugs multiple times on both arms, from my hands up to my shoulders, and once on my forehead. I can't believe this happened at such a nice place, especially after paying so much to stay there. It was a horrible experience. I want people reading this to know there are bedbugs here, because I don't want anyone else to get bitten.
