The location was perfect with kids since we didn’t need to drive or deal with car seats. From the living room of our room, we could see the car in the parking area, and the cutest gelato shop was right next door. On a weekday, we took a lovely, quiet stroll through the little Village. The staff communicated quickly and were very accommodating when we needed to switch to a room with higher occupancy. We had our toddler and baby with us, and the Grizzly 3 was amazing. The kitchen was a big plus, and everything seemed clean and in place. We’d stay again. Thank you, SoCal team 🙏🏼

We walked into a room with the heater running full blast and a horrible gas/propane smell. We shut it off and aired the room out, but the smell was still there when we came back. I asked the host to deal with it, and they said they couldn’t refund us because “They dont smell anything.” The neighbors agreed that the room smelled terrible. We had to book at the hotel Robinhood right next door, which saved the vacation. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and BOOK ELSEWHERE!

A good value in an excellent location, and the place is self contained. Cheap and cheerful overall. The only downside was the portable a/c unit, which was noisy. We’ll definitely come back.

We booked through Agoda, but no one answered when we arrived for check-in, so we had to find another room. The place also looked a little crusty.

The house we rented this weekend was sparkling clean, with everything we needed and then some. Agustin made the stay phenomenal, responding quickly to my question and making sure we were comfortable. Star and the whole SoCal Vacations team were the best. I’d give them over a thousand stars if I could. There’s no better company to choose. Keep it up, guys! 🥰💯🔥🙌👏
